Fire TV gen 3 looks like it's dropping frames

Hi bought a 4k Samsung TV and connected my gen 3 fire TV up to it
While watching it say perfect player or smart IPTV it looks very glitchy as if dropping frames
It works on my other TV fine ?
Any help guys?

I had the exact same problem when I bought my LG TV. In the end I changed HDMI port, for some reason if I have it connected to HDMI 1 it is perfectly fine, if I change it to any other of the 3 x HDMI it does as you describe. Can't remember the exact reason for this, LG advised me of it.
