Marinate fish fillets in regular Italian Salad Dressing ( not lo cal stuff) over nite in the fridge in a covered bowl

Grill fish fillets till perfection (on an outdoor grill)

Does not get better than that.

The combination of the Italian dressing and the smoke flavor from the grilling is incredible.

This means you will need the parka outside (BTW, the collection pan is being passed around, but being as a recession is on, don't hold your breath)

i will have to do with 1/2 of the recipe, the chargrill needs to wait until you guy send on the para or the chip around.
