how do i watch uk tv free in usa

Download and install Expat Shield.

http://expatshield.com/

It will assign you a UK ip address so you can watch UK channels.

Just type the channel in the search bar, BBC1 etc and you`re ready to go.

Is this something that I will have to download each time I want to watch uk tv? Otherwise if its a one off download wont that screw up my mobile or pc when I just routinely use it (will the device then think its permanently in the uk and stop me from accessing my home usa sites or getting phone calls billed as international calls etc) Sorry if that sounds idiotic but i'm new to. All of this :)

You only need to download it once. You can create a short cut on your desktop . Double click on the shortcut anytime you want to watch UK TV.

You can disconnect when you are finished watching the programmes & your USA ip address will be back on board.

Cheers Noelyf, there were a few U.S. radio stations I used to listen to before Bush banned anyone from outside America accessing them :no no: I think he thought Bin-laden was sending subliminal messages via the said stations :boo: Wonder why he only banned certain ones? I can still listen to others out there?
