I had this issue and it was only with sly sports 1hd 1080, I had another sly sports 1 hd but in a lower res of 720, my supplier also told me that this can occur if there is a drop in internet connection, which I found hard to believe as mine rarely drops out.
But as another line I was told is that it's a software cliche and they hope it to be fixed on next release. I don't know for sure but this is what I was told.
