Kryptview Glitching/Scrambled Channels Constntly for months

Sorry to dip into this conversation but can anyone tell me. I have Zgemma H1 and still have the Usb stuck in the back from when i first set it up. Would i be able to take it out and format it then stick it back in or is it pointless. I'm just experiencing a bit of glitching at the moment so i wondered if the Usb needed formatting after i first set up the Gemma. I it went through the channel search did an epg search and after the 100% search it showed the channels it had found as it was searching and when done it said search failed?
