still having problems downloading update tried all different times of day left oN overnight just hangs at 99% any ideas much appreciated

So did I at first but it freezes just start again early

I left my overnight went upto 100% but it was still stuck didn't move from there nor it said the download completed successfully

factory reset
Automatic scan
Scroll down to signal nearest you
click on it
then did the s/w update

Tried applying the stickied FW but still stuck at beginning. Have set my alarm for early hours and will post how I get on.
