Ok So I keep getting freezes and blank screen
Line provider says no issues there end
I use tp link to connect any suggestions would be appreciated

Try a Ethernet wire from router to box, if problem still there try a test line.

If this is something which has only just started, have you checked your signal rate on FTA as its possible that your dish is out of alignment

poor internet not stable and the ping being too high?

Hi
Its always been a bit unstable
Hard wire is not an option as in a shared house I am in the loft no sky connection anywhere else in house
FTA seem fine SNR around 92%
If i get a test line from elsewhere
How do I get it on and off the box ??
