Lost IPTV channels after unplugging

So I unplugged the box last night due to heavy thunder and lightning and now I've plugging it back in again my iptv channels have all dissapearws and the categories just say n/a.

Try a restart gui first

Why did you unplug the box? - what did you think was going to happen?

dont unplug ::

Restart GUI and or when in n/a list hit menu/settings/ reload services (generally a full restart should sort it) keep router plugged in and box in standby (at night)
