Need some help or advice as only receiving fta channels in cloud ibox 2

yeah ive tried all that

I think there may be a networking problem within the box but its strange that i can get youtube to work but i cant download plugins for iptv either, ive tried the networking test in device set - up but it all seems ok

when i go into software update it always says sorry feeds are down for maintenance, please try again later

I get that too, 2 boxes identical, on download plug ins one box says sorry feeds down and one loads them no problem.....pulling my hair out with that one.
