hi all again as you can see from my old posts I'm so out of date with software my n li____ expire very soon what would you lads do reset factor settings and start over when I get my new lines or just update many thank to you all

if your that old and have a hdd fitted save current image to hdd, i would then go to image manager and download new image and then install it ,dont use settings restore and do everything fresh using bees thread

thanks mate do I need to do a factory reset or will that whipe my hard drive cheers

If your original question was "how do I install new line? Do I reflash box??"
Then no, all you do is ftp the new line across, the program will say " a file of this name already exists, do you want to overwrite it?" Yes is the answer.
