Skybox F5s firmware

I'm trying to find the damn firmware update. The one on my box is 01-04-2014 so quite recent but I hear there is a newer one. Cannot get onto the skybox.cc website to download it.\\GJE

Yes - I saw that one. It just didn't seem that obvious and I'm not sure it will fix my issue. I'm about to re-align my dish to see if that works as I have a very low S?F at 5% - yet it works fine with my Sky box.

During the upgrade the default setting is "keeping settings & DBS". This will keep your channel list intact.

i need to update my skybox f5 as well - firmware installed on it is from 2013 - where do I get the latest one ?
