Just turn box off at wall and on again worked for me

me 2 buddy .i paid 4 6month support and today im getting message saying old sw .anybody now.is their any new software out:whacko:

yeah, i had this tonight after losing sp2, sp3. i done factory reset, rescan then select sp1 do 1819 on remote, nothing. then rebooted fn button on remote & hey presto, all back on, accept the usual missing channels. hope this works for you..

nope tried turning box off and on still nothing rebooted it still nothing just ftv channels loaded softwear scanned channels still nothing
it keeps saying not connected
