So even after it's booted up, if you use phono cables, you can get audio and video but the box still says 'boot' on the front display?
is there any usb attached? - try removing it and rebooting at socket to see if it makes any difference
Yes I get a picture from the hdmi cable , and sound using the phone cables. ‘Boot’ is always displayed. The box functions as it should. I have tried multiple ways of rebooting, nothing connected, switch on and off at plug etc. Still no difference.
