TS Media 7.5 How to add to your box

Hi there I have a zgemma star s2 but my tsmedia movies or steaming does not work at all. It just comes up as a blank screen and when click on download movie or program. Can anyone help please as it worked when I first bought the box 1 month ago but now it does nothing at all. And don't know how to update it if it needs updating??? Thanks for all your help if you are able to help me
 
My box: Technomate Nano OE
Software already installed: Ubuntu

I am trying to install the software I bought, but its not clear (straightforward).
When I insert the USB (its saved in a USB), it does not give any short cut like "install" for example.
When I pressed on the list button (on my box remote control) it shows several options.

Note: I read that I should press the usb button, but my Nano OE does not have it.

What to do or how to install it in my Technomate Nano OE?
