Updated line and my box still isn't working

Hi, can someone please help me....I've recently updated my box, I've installed Atv 6.3 and Wooshbuild infinity. My provider has sent a line and I've tried to add it. My box still isn't working and my providers help has dried up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've changed it and it's still not working. I think I've deleted the mf_cfg file when I added the new line with file zilla.

Then you cannot have the cam on your box, which i'm surprised you don't have mgcamd, go to the feeds, and download the mgcamd m8, also, you say you are using a " N line" does it have the CWS at the start, instead of " N ".... ALSO, DID YOU PUT YOUR LINE IN THE NEWCAMD.LIST FILE. thats in the urs/Keys/newcand.list...

Thanks for previous help but I'm still not up and running...

have you got a working line? - not a 24h test from 3 weeks ago?
have you scanned for channels and got FTA showing?
are you using cable or sat?
have you tried a different line?
are you getting any error messages?

Answer all these questions please then we can see where we are up to

My provider says it is working
I've got some free to air....First 5
Cable
Just the 1 line
No error messages
The channels are there just no signal

so everything is working apart from the line
your provider is bound to say its working
take another line and see if it works

This is providing you have put the details in the correct file/location.
CWS line goes in newcamd.list in the usr/keys folder
N: or C: lines go in CCcam.cfg file in etc folder
