VU Duo flash memory full after new firmware

VU Duo flash memory full after new firmware is preventing me loading plugins, will creating a swap file help or if not what can i do

sounds as if something is going to flash memory like epg,are you sure as after reflashing box there should be plenty of room to add plugins.are the feeds down for maintenance?cacheflush is used on the duo for memory issue.

Clean flash and setup instead of using a settings restore did the trick, was down to 8k after doing a restore!!!!
