hi al just setup my h 2h all is working fine but sky sports 1hd says tuner failed sky sports 1 is working fine and all the other hd channels are working fine any help is much appreciated

All the other cable channels working ok?
Have you checked you have the right network ID?
Whos image are you using?
Have you updated your config file in ABM?
Post some info on your setup for a better response ;-)

hi just sky sports 1 hd all other hd channels working have got the right network id the image I am using is virtuosso image xtreme and not sure on how to update config file in abm thanks for any help den

hi I have tried a number of different download from this site the laities one is virtuoso image xtreme buid 5.3.0 and have the same problem sky sports 1hd say tuner failed

Hi, this happened for me yesterday. Only SS1HD was affected. I did a full retune, ran Autobouqetsmaker scan & full restart - everything is back to normal & fully working now.

hi all found out what the problem was the cable splitter replaced it all working fine now thanks
