Zgemma h1

Hi all I have a Zgemma h1 on the VM side it was working fine last night and all was good,I turned it of and went to bed got up this morning and nothing working now,is there something I have to tick or save,thanks a lot

Is your broadband active, have you tried rebooting box and router, is your line active
