Zgemma H2S stuck on 49

My Zgemma H2S is stuck on 49. I understand from various searches that I must re-flash it. Is there any way of finding out the line details before I re-flash?
Please reply with simple terms as I am a complete beginner

Have a look at the back and see if your network lights are blinking,
Then if they are try and FTP into the box, you can the find your details in usr/keys ( if you're using openatv )

Is that accessed by using FileZilla? Please excuse my ignorance which is due to being a beginner

Yes it is pal, so enter IP address, username is root and leave the rest blank
