Satellite Zgemma h5 help

I have it connected by lmb cable , I wanted to record two channels simultaneously but got conflict errors why is this ?
I have wooshbuild on
Also mine is h5 but have noticed others example h5.2s are they newer ?

Just need to go into recording settings and change the time in minutes the program starts to record and end. Default is 3 minutes before and after program. I have mine set at 0 minutes.
