Iptv freezing

I was on about a trial from different provider and if its set to one tell him to change 4097

On the xe plugin you can change player from dvb to 4091 iptv. Ive tried them all same issue with all. Channel still freezes after about a min viewing

Can you check your service app settings againt mine? What settings you got?

Import picon enable
Picon location media/hdd
TV archive offset 0

Green to save. Maybe give box a reboot after to make sure settings have taken affect

Maybe try an app on phone on wifi and mobile data that way you can see if it's device, plugin, network issues or provider issues.

Thanks for your reply mate. It was a provider issue in the end and also an issue with my VPN settings but my provider sorted it for me.

Im going to reflash with new image openpli.
Before I load new image what will I need to retrieve from putty?

mg_cfg

newcamd



anything else?

How do I extract these to my desktop so can transfer back onto box once new image loaded?
