EPG Importing 0 Events on Zgemma H9s

Personally I've never had rytek populate any iptv epg on mine.
Like the OP the iptv channels are nearly always misnamed eg skysp news so rytek cannot match this to Sky Sports News

It should try to match UK epg. If you have no reference in your bouquets for epg it won't import event data.

Also just so I'm not confusing things those pics are just 3 of the long scroll of the log, there are lots of other channels in the log aswell but the log looks pretty similar all the way down.

I'm not sure. Apart from double checking use rytec UK is true in jedimakerxtream and maybe try Replace UK channel names in bouquets with swap names

@dsayers2014 I've done this. Rytec uk is 100% set to true and checked this loads of times and I can see it, and I've tried the other swap names but still getting nothing importing.

This is really strange, not sure where to go from here?

I've always had the aliases file in etc/enigma2/jedimaker folder but it's never done anything.
Does it need to be unzipped or something?

Thanks for that @dsayers2014 I have got the log it looks like it has failed on this:

EPG IMPORT download failed: Failure Instance: Traceback:<class 'OpenSSL.SSL.Error'>
'SSL ROUTINES' 'SSL23GET_SERVER_HELLO' 'sslv alaert handshake failure'

Any ideas what this could be?

I've managed to edit an EPGImporter file to work with this.

This works for me.

Unzip the attached and send the EPGIport.pyo file to use/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions/EPGImporter

Backup the original file first then reboot box. In jedimakerxtream set use providers epg yes and create bouquets and tick the epg source in epg importer and run manual import.

One more bit of advice moving forward please mate now this is all working, I'd like to do a back up now. Shall I go to menu, setup, software management, and then back up image or back up system settings or both? Or is another way best?

I can then ftp this from my box back to my laptop for future.

I still get SSL errors for http to https maybe a certificate error I'm not sure but editing epg importer worked.

wt box + sat lead in tuner? n have u got a usb set up in swap + mounted correctly as media/hdd u wont gt fressat epg if it isnt i normally tick all in general rytec aat top + then tick all in sky/virgin 1 n import works everytime or try delete importor ,reboot box,then plugins,green extentions n reinstall importor n try again

@dsayers2014 when I created the bouquet from the playlist I ticked all of the channel categories So I guess there will be some that doesn't get data, but the others should, shouldn't they?

And 0 imported at epg importer plugin on manual import seems very odd why it isn't importing anything?

my epg works fine with xtreme editor. scripts wont work with epg again. if you pay for exteme editor my provider charges a small yearly fee for this i think its 5.00 but i does make things alot easier as all done automatic at their end for you
