Why would I need to speak to Nord support? It's working on all other devices apart from E2

They may have more information on why it wont work on E2, that's why you should ask them.
They may have changed something at their end.

Just a question. Because I haven't uptaded from openatv 6.4, is there a version of Nordvpn connector that works with python. Not sure if it's because I'm running old software

This is what you need to ask Nord.
You are using python 2
Most newer images use python 3

They may have dropped support for py2 given that it's been end of life for 3 years.
