Organised a BBQ this weekend for the family, the past week we have had nothing but sunny days 24 and above temp, trust the English weather to spoil the day.

Either way we put up some cover and went ahead regardless.

The obvious corn on the cob in salted butter, chicken wings in a spicy Mexican and Garlic marinate, chicken kebab, chicken soaked for 24 hrs in garlic and chilli sauce with onions, mixed peppers and vine tomatoes.

Sorry I didn't take pics of sausages and the Aberdeen Angus burgers also a few sirloin steaks but the weather had me in a rush.

The BBQ food went down great but the atmosphere wasn't as hoped due to the weather,

This is our view sat on our patio under the Gazebo, as said not as planned :whistling:.

You need to be here right now. It's been running in the upper 90's and 100's with plenty of SUN!!! lol. Of course you'd recognize the temps better at around 40C. lol. You English folk got it all mixed up!!! hehehee. :whistling:
