At this point it might be worth @mitchb running a blind scan on the Viark with the delete all channels option just to see how many channels it brings in.

Also the time for that programme on tnt is 6 hrs out.

Blind scan run and seems to have brought in all the channels that were there previously - took around 15 minutes to complete.

Going by info> TP used 405, channels 1194.

Is that all for 28e?
If not manually delete all and blindscan.
What channels are you missing?
Make sure when blindscan select remove existing channels from tp/sat before scan

Could try positioning dish at 28.2e, add a new sat then blind scan. This way there are no existing transponders.

Yeah all 28.2. Bbc one scotland, TNT HD 1, channel 5, sky sports replay - that's all I can recall at the moment but more than that have no signal. I did select remove existing channels.when doing the blind scan.

Only using 28.2 as its a static dish.

Hi.had a close look at all posts I would change LNB easy and cheap job. Rescan transponder for all channels. Hopefully it might work OK if not it takes LMB out .

Thanks all for the suggestions, much appreciated.

I have changed the LNB and the missing channels have returned so that looks like it was the route cause. Learned a bit as i went which will likely come in handy at some point in the future.
