That is not so... it says on my Viark your auto biss has expired please renew it....
Biss is included with the SP packages, only way to get Biss is with a full sp sub.

Think the confusion may come from boxes like the GTX Combo these have no software for the Forever server, those type of boxes have Biss without a sub.

There was a time when the standard Viark Firmwares gave Biss for free.
No idea if it still does, its been 7 years or so since i used a standard firmware. @Youknowme could try that.

When you google it there are quite a few options to renew the sub.
Yes, but what @manic01 is trying to tell you is that you can only get the autobiss working if you renew the SP1 or SP2 first.
Autobiss will not work without the renewal.

SP1 is selection of pay satellite channels like sky de etc + autobiss
SP2 is SP1 + autobiss + IPTV
You have to google these phrases along with the words ***rever and satellite.
Then search through the list of what you see and read.....eventually it will become clear to you.
No one on here will directly discuss or sell you what you are looking for.

Please would be a good place to start, but I have just googled it and its all on there. Failing that buy a new box with the server included.

You are not googling the right thing, google "SP1 SP2 renew" can't help more than that.
