Firestick alternatives

Guys I’ve been reading this to try get my head around which firestick alternative to get.
I’m ok at the moment but just in case tivimate gets blocked I want to be prepared.
Ideally I want something I can power off usb as I use it a lot in my camper. Not too bothered about the price as long as it’s as good as or better than a firestick 4K.
Should I be buying a certified or non certified one?
And if so can someone recommend please, ideally a stick rather than a box so I can hide it behind the tv.

Not sure if a TV USB port will supply enough power but not a bad CPU for a stick.

Currently installing app on the Transpeed x8 slimbox rom , those that have setup did you get stremio to work, it installs but fails at linking account.

This is from Reddit and they worked for me when I tested them on a device running AOSP
