Bit of an update

What eventually happens is storage will increase, regardless, excluding the normal cache from apps. So, if you have very little storage left now, it probably worth factory resetting and starting again. However periodically you will have to clear hidden files via adb to stop the storage building up too much. The biggest culprit is Prime video. Last night on my other device I only had 150mb remaining out of 5gb. I used the adb method to clear the Prime video files and that freed up over 1gb! I barely use thapp too! It only takes 2 mins to do with an android device, so no biggy. In the meantime, if struggling for storage delete any unused apps.

I look after a tot of friends and family with these sticks.

Please Please guys Dump this shite and get a pure android Tv stick;.

I have help thousands of members on here but i have never been so sure on a subject.

Ditch those sticks your really wonder what the crap was all about.

I can't say I've ever used one, I use the shield tv pro, but lots of people recommend them so they must be good

Probably end up more apps tried to avoid blocks than actual apps that they want to run , cheaper investing on another device than time spent trying to fix it for now.
I can undestand as most normal users will have firesticks, but try explaning to them how to avoid all this its ok for us on discussion forum.
 
All this chopping and changing is only forcing people to buy Google boxes.
Shame you can't get that Slimbox software on it,that would make a great cheap stick 🤣
