Paying duty/tax on a phone from Alibaba

Will have to pay duty on a mobile from Alibaba ?. The phones £310 delivered were-as off eBay already over here it's about £450.
I'm just trying to figure out is it worth doing

About £390 according to google. 20% plus carrier fee.

I had same scenario when I bought the gigablue quad pro from impex when it had discount on though I had got a bargain turned out it was not ended up paying £80 in duty fee would have been cheaper from WOS but they did not have it in stock in fact I waited well over 6 months for my delivery from impex.
