I am in a spot of bother. I need to get some texts retrieved I have asked my provider but they told me they don't store them I have looked through various options on my phone and can't retrieve them I have even spoken to a company but they me they can't because of data protection. I need these to prove my innocence and for the full conversation please can anyone help me get these back. I am in desperate need

If this is a legal matter and the police are involved they have the power make the phone company comply.
 
It's work a female colleague is shouting sexual harassment when we both had a fling without the penetrative sex. I want the text to prove she actually started this
 
She would have to know that you no longer have her texts to you otherwise she wouldn't have complained.
If she doesn't know this, call her bluff, tell her/work that you have them and are willing to go to the police. She either drops the complaint or she presses ahead, In which case you'll be sacked, if she drops it, she'll probably be sacked
 
Unfortunately because of the organisation we work for neither of us are allowed to communicate with each other or anyone else as to not prejudice the case
 
Is it Android? Could be in google back up, be careful you could lose everything.

It is android and not sure on the backup I just need someone to come plug phone into something run some software and bring all texts back. I have actually taken overdose on Wednesday because of this

I think you really need to get the police involved mate to sort this. Clearly it's having a serious affect on you.
Every message sent is kept on some server and i think that's the only way you're going to get them.
 
Worst case scenario is you lose your job.
Who cares? It's a job, there's millions of them, go and get another one.
If one or both of you are married then it's a different thing.

Suppose my only option is when I get a call to give my story and for me to be believed is for the trust to have the police involved even though it's a civil matter see if the police will take my phone and get back those text messages

That's what they'd have you believe.
Like automated number plate recognition, my relative drove around for over 8 months without an MOT and another relative for almost a year, neither got stopped once. It was due to absent minds, not an attempt to avoid getting one

I think you are building it up to more than what it actually is. This crap happens every day of the year, no crimes have been committed, your employer will want to see it over ASAP without any fuss, you might get a telling off, but i doubt they will care about who started what
