Epg for iptv was working yesterday but today its gone. Just flashed a 2nd box and its the same no epg for iptv any ideas ?

its stuck on 0 for epg download ive removed the plug in and put it back on entered new code on panel but still the same

is there not a simple procedure to load epg like press blue button, then if no joy go back to provider and them to reset etc.

Ive reset i have my own xe panel also flashed box and set up still the same

it could just be iptv provider epg problem it does happen.

The epg comes from xe not the provider

I think he means xtream editor you load you playlists in edit them and add epg but if anything like iptveditor some still use provider epg and just fill in blanks with xtream editor or iptveditor epg sources , but either way either xe is not working or iptv provider epg is not working or user error he says he has his own xe panel so if i understand then he edits his own playlists and epg in XE.

personally I know some providers use xe perhaps for security reasons but everytime python changes then panic.

Flashed both h11s this morning now the epg is downloading but not showing on tv. I think ex have a problem so ive message them .anyone else useing willo build and xe having same problem?

Put ATV on another slot and try XE on that.

You don't need a build. Just do a basic install and then set the epg to save to /media/hdd.
Then try XE and see if it works.

Just tryed epg wont download only playlist got the xe plugin from there website. They must have problems ill wait till tomorrow if they reply to my message thanks

Just looked at some xe channels and they have picons and epg .it must be xe who has a problem i looked in xe logs and it says failed . Ill add a photo

Don't you not think if XE problem there would be more than you without epg.

Nothing has changed since updating open vix tho xe replyed and said all is fine there end

I think there's no room on the usb/hdd for epg.
Initialise and mount it and then start XE again and see if it gets the full epg.....the fact it's getting partial epg and a few picons looks like a storage issue

he will still need to go to epg settings and set storage path. It could be set to internal flash by default rather than hdd or usb
