i have three connections on my iptv service so can watch 1 and record another 2 different programs/streams

am unsure whether the vu+ uno se can record iptv streams ? its an enigma 2 box so assume it can but i'm a newbie with these kind of boxes learning bit by bit
 
Anyone using this build in 2025 for freeview

I have a old gigablue hd quad plus with octo lnb , be nice if i could use tbis as a freeview box instead of getting that freesat 4k box

Whats peoples view on this ?
Iptv isnt stable for local chanels
 
Freeview is DTT over the air via aerial and you need DTT tuners. Freesat is via Satellite and yes willo will work but you need to check the list of boxes suitable just in case.
 
Depending on what tuners you have on your Gigablue, you can Freeview (aerial) and FTA satellite.

Use AutoBouquetsMaker to create the groups of channels ( bouquets). I would recommend that you enable the provider name so that you can distinguish between the two.

You can do that whichever image or build you use.
 
I've got time on my hands until friday so finding things to do

Does CCam work on this build ? i've looked in the CCam section on TK to get info but its empty and looks like everything has been deleted if anything was there to begin with.

I doubt there is many options for 28.2 so i'm probably wasting my time anyway.
 
Yes you are wasting your time. To get the benefit of items like cccam/oscam you need a motorised dish. And everything works on a Uno4kse☺️

Yeah i thought so

The UNO 4k SE works flawlessly for my FTA channels viewing and recording even in heavy rain its a trooper not crashed once

i just wanted to have a mess around with it on my downtime i thought i may get some sd channels but is it worth the faffing around with it for little gain
 
Hopefully an easy fix for the guys in here.

Just installed Willobuild on my H11s, openvix 6.8. When i get to the section in the guide that asks to restore plugins it tells me I'm not connected to the internet even though i already have the network cable attached, so i have to bypass this section and connect to the internet.

Is there a list of plugins for willobuild's build that i cant just download myself manually? I've tried a few times and it keeps happening, I also tried to restore plugins but it just crashes and i have to start again.

Thanks for getting back.

The internet connection is good, it works perfectly but just doesn’t allow me to download restored plugins when flashing.

Was wondering if anybody had a list of the plugins that would have been installed during the flash that I can manually download.
 
Right, so there's a problem with the lan connection to the box.
Can you connect with putty when you get that message?
If not try disconnecting everything and just connect mains, a monitor and lan directly to the router.

I've been out for a pint so this is probably utter rubbish. Will read it again tomorrow.
 
Hi. I’ve just done a fresh install and I’ve gone to install XE plug in and it didn’t install and came up with this message. Any ideas?
