New member looking for advice.

1st post so hopefully I don't break any rules. Ive been a lurker browsing the forum for a while but I'm now a member looking for a maybe a new provider. My current provider who Ive been with for a number of years has been pretty good but recently it's been terrible. My current set up is with an android box running Tivimate premium and I use a VPN.

I know iptv is not perfect by any means because of what it is. My current provider who I know I can't name/discuss, I do give them 10/10 for responding to messages via telegram but I'm always being asked to change the URL, is this normal? Plus, I can only count maybe 2 or times the system has gone in the first year, but within a few hours all is good. This year it has been nothing but issues. If I renew it'll be the 4th year with them but I'm starting to think to jump ship.

I am in their telegram group, so I see when they have an issue and they are on the case. I don't know whether to renew next month or not.

So, my main question is, is there currently an issue throughout where people are experiencing this or is it down to my provider?
Is having to change the URL in the tivimate setting normal thought out the sub?
Also do some of your channels have a provider watermark logo? I won't say what the watermark is just in case it's against the rules. I just don't like it, sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not.

I am going to post a request on the on the request post and ask for trials. I'm just curious if others are experiencing issues from their providers. Again, I know iptv is not perfect, but I really did think a few years back I hit the jackpot with this provider, but it seems to be going south.

MODS - If I have broken any rules, please delete post, send me a message stating what Ive broken and I'll learn from the broken rule.

Changing URL can happen. My provider has a watermark on some channels but not many. Would rather have reliable service not bothered about anything else

I've had a few over the years, providers have issues that are sometimes out of their control, i've had a couple of url changes on mine but because i sort of know my way around iptv i can sort most issues i have out myself, it's pretty obvious when there's an issue and it's not like the providers don't know it's happening, but users really think by putting a post on telegram saying hey my stream's gone down is gonna get it fixed sooner. Too many people expect a £150 a month service for £50 a year. I helped quite a few of my friends and family get their stream with my provider and when it stutters or goes down for thirty minutes they're blowing up my phone., i mean i don't make a single penny from them so in future it's got to be every man for himself. To clarify, i've never ever had a provider who never has a problem, my provider deals with it when it does happen and when you put a post up for a provider, read through the generic bullshit offer a lot of them make!

I have been with same supplier for years had a couple of DNS changes sometimes they need to do maintance

Sometimes I may have to swap to HD stream while they sort FHD but that is normally a couple of minutes

Sometimes when they tell me maintance might be a hour or so I have a backup

I would say £50 is cheap now I was paying that years ago for my main service.

When football and ppv is there are generally loads of streams so never worry

Its never going to be perfect but shouldn't be buffering and having issues on a daily basis
