Try it on your android phone and use mobile data instead of broadband and see if its the same

I've never seen a problem get solved by using IPTV Smarters ever. But if you're having freezing issues have you tried a VPN?

I would use one even if it's just for the sake of trouble shooting. Try different locations to help rule out if the issue is on your side or theirs.

Could be on their end or it could be poor routing or isp hijjnks on yours.

Login to your online account and then Web Safe.

Look in there making sure nothing is set to block.

You've gotten some good suggestions, like Pablo said, trying another device using a different network connection helps really tell the story if it is something on your end or an issue with your player. Also testing with a VPN is a must for troubleshooting. Good luck!

like if you have 2 tvs, turn the other one off at the plug
