Buffering on EE

Macmac99

Newbie
I am using a T95 box at present and have EE broadband.
Ive just upgraded so now have guaranteed download speeds of 59mb and max 71mb. This is the fastest speed I can get in our location.
I am still getting problem with buffering stopping broadcasts.
Any ideas and do you recommend a newer tv box

Does it buffer if you use mobile as a hot spot if soI would try a test from a new supplier.

Can you hot spot it to your phone ? If you can try through your phone if you have no issues your problem may well be with EE. Have you disabled any nanny settings.

If you still have the same issues through your phone as you do EE its looking like your provider.

I'm with EE and have no issues, perhaps try using a vpn if not already tried.

Someone did suggest that the T95 box is taking too much of the download megabits and said get a different one.
When the box is plugged to the ethernet cable but not used the WiFi drops out to our phones.
But is fine most of the time when the box is unplugged
