Mod looks great BiGC0L ; I've made some changes, hope you don't mind;

I've edited the gold select bar so it's separated between the columns, added in the panel selections next to 'recorded' , changed the events recorded to gold, added 'ch+', moved some of it around (free disk space, running time, event service name), amended the RGYB buttons (removed the green), changed the size of the mini-tv, added in the current service event under mini tv and enabled running text and just a few others minor tweaks, positioning etc

Hopefully @Chabs you'll suss how to get the recorded service name for each event recording then i might take out the portrait top picks image and replace with longer bars and add in a column showing the channel names of the recorded event :)

I've also slightly amended the top picks screen again by adding in the current service event name next to the channel name under the mini-tv ; on the below screenshot it shows some text cut off but it's set as running text to the left



Really happy how it's all going and wouldn't be possible without the hard work of others and working as a little team

@Chabs have you converted the top picks mod with all the changing pngs/selection for when menu/epg is pressed?

got this running on OpenATV fine, one thing ive noticed on playing a recording there is no progress bar, something not copied over from original movies.xml?

make a copy of your progressbars and paste them into the mods folder sorry i forgot i changed that as well

When i was messing about with mine, i also put the service name/event name on the mini tv, until i found out you could press the prev/next buttons (the buttons you use to change bouquet in epg tabs) to preview each of your recordings in the mini tv. Thats all and dandy, until you see that the service name, and event name of a recording are the same (and not channel name/programme name)

Are you sure you copied over the movies.xml file as well, as this is the old layout.

Tried the planner mod without top picks but when playing something, the writing is overlapping on the movie bar.

looking at Kiddacs version compared...
The original line is here:

The size for that on the mod is "1160,38"

I assume this needs changing back or am I way off?

I think its always been like that its just a long title name i cant remember changing anything but the movieselection1 page not the movieplayer screen

Yeah its in the movies.xml near the elable text "now playing" bit.
Changed it back to kiddacs orignal settings and happy days again lol.
