Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I suspect the problem with the missing EPG tabs isn't fully resolved, but in fact maybe an openATV issue.
I updated my second box to V6 this morning and all went well, restored settings, again all OK.
Feeling pleased with myself, I thought I'd put "the icing on the cake" and do a S/W update. Bad move, 32 packages updated and off went my EPG tabs, along with the channel up/down nav etc.. WTF !! :eek:
I reckon if I do a reflash they will return, but as I said before, not a great way to "fix" a problem.
Any ideas ?

PS: just doing a reflash now, under instruction from Mrs. Sparkrite, can't navigate the EPG. Doh !

PPS: Did the reflash and also all S/W updates (will I never learn?) and all is well. Very strange.

Got it,
What I did was to go to restore settings and all working. :-)
 
Just to put my 10 pence in i'm running h5.2s and luckily iv'e had no probs with the EPG tabs or hdd (and ive got a seagate which was supposed to be a problem) so maybe not ATV i'm actually flashing it again now because i'm bored. Maybe the problem hasn't showed up on H5.2S

Nah, different problem, all my bouquets were there, just EPG tabs not showing and nav. different. This problem has been documented earlier in the thread and AFAIK we thought it had been resolved.

Yes indeed, you could well be right re. the H5.2s. But the Seagate problem on the H.2s has been fixed.
 
with regards to wooshbuild V6 I now have problem with a iptv service I use.
it now freezes ever 30 secs on any channel,
didn't do this on woosh V5?
any ideas would be grateful

Hi i'm also using IPTV on v6 but no problems.it might be worth firing an email off to your provider asking if it's ok his end
 
I upgraded my h.2s to v6 last night with no problems I also ran s/w update with no problems. WBconfig 1.048 appears to have fixed the n/a bouquet issue....

Hi guys I reflashed my h2s with whoosh v5 but forgot to copy my line that's fine as I will get another but my softcam shows no cam on 1 and 2 so I will have to download new cams and install but which cams do I download thanks for any info

You'll just need to move the cursors across until is shows mgcam or ccam, whichever one you have

Sparkright, by reflashing you got the latest WB 6 which no longer

Depends when he flashed originally.

The file which wasn't there in the first flash is now. I will triple check though.
