tried open pli but that didn't work,
disconnect all leads then I decided to add open atv back on, then download online flash v6.3 without saving backup.
This hasn't work either

not sure what you mean by 'only 2 download available' - where?

some old images were based on H2s so you may have downloaded the wrong version, what model is the box displaying if you open webif? - it shows in top right corner

Open ATV (bare build) from the website there's only two downloads to choose from
 
used the latest build 17-5-19 no joy but carried on to add WB though it might work. start Wizard it says please set up tuner A for Hybrid Tuner Models switch with left & right key.. It don't give the Tuner Type option.. not even past the setup screen in service searching only tuner A for satellite.
very strange
the first time I did it with WB I got a blue screen and it crashed but screen stayed on after that I had set up Tuner A then B, C
It hasn't shown after that..
