A burger filled with Chinese BBQ pork between two buns, also filled with pork.

Three hamburger patties, ham, salami, cappicola, pepperoni, provolone, american cheese, two eggs, french fries, coleslaw and hot sauce, on a whole loaf of italian bread.
NOW.... that is something!!! A full meal deal all in one!! :)

Just returned from the market with a smallish brisket and already had a few racks of ribs in the deep freeze. ;) Gonna do some teasing on Friday me thinks... got the boys and need to do some chores around the house so might as well use some of the that time to SMOKE a little.
