hi guys
could anyone tell me if there is an automatic setting to clear the cashe on the stick aplications.

Not as far as I'm aware of you have to manually do it in the manage aplications or have a search on YouTube there maybe a tutorial on there

No there isn't. You have to clear manually.
Go to Settings at top of home page
Applications
Manage installed applications
Open the app you want to clear
Down to clear cache
And press OK

Hey , get SdMaid app or similar program , its good for wiping cache and app folders etc . Theres a mod version if you google it .
