Looking for guidance and any help please,I have the 4k firestick hardwired using the Amazon Ethernet adaptor my ISP is TalkTalk and using there HG635 super router with 78mb fibre download, which is upstairs in my 3rd bed room( Study) it is connected from there to the stick via a 15 meter long Cat 5 patch cable, just recently i have been having the dreaded you "Firestick is not connected issues" resulting in me having to unplug wait for a few seconds and plug it back in ,this either works or doesn't but it will reconnect shortly afterwards,I did have something similar using WiFi which prompted me to go down the hard wired path,I have submitted this problem to Amazon forum and they blame the router but the amount of people experiencing this is quite a few and it seems to be a common problem(surely all the routers cant be at fault especially when all the other stuff I have is not affected and never needed to be rebooted or lost connection, they are all NOT running at the same time so I assume that the router is not overloaded as it were,I have only Nord VPN, VPN Safety dot, Smartiptv and XCiptv and VLC player and the Stop apps running in the background apps along with Amazons pre-installed ones, sorry for the lengthy post but I want to give all info that might be needed to help me..
