well we will never know probably wrong achitecture perhaps if actuall device name was mentioned parsing error I have seen me having to rename apk files

Not mentioned the app or what device he is trying to install it on.

They sometimes can be installed via APK launchers type thing but they tend to be installed as a bin file.

Yes I read the post. He was also interested in emulators based on other messages further conversation.

From the sounds of it the op just wants the APK on his pc and could do that with the link you supplied.
A lot simpler and no
need for an emulator and installing downloader.
OP said he can’t mention the app name so it maybe a custom IPTV app from his supplier.
But the OP has not really given us much to go on.

It’s running Android 11 and you should have no problem installing apps. Not sure why the app you are trying to install has a parsing error. More likely a problem with the app itself.
