well we will never know probably wrong achitecture perhaps if actuall device name was mentioned parsing error I have seen me having to rename apk files

They sometimes can be installed via APK launchers type thing but they tend to be installed as a bin file.

From the sounds of it the op just wants the APK on his pc and could do that with the link you supplied.
A lot simpler and no
need for an emulator and installing downloader.
OP said he can’t mention the app name so it maybe a custom IPTV app from his supplier.
But the OP has not really given us much to go on.

Just change the numbers on the end of this link to your given downloader numbers and you can download the app from the link. You can copy that link into your phone browser, PC or anything similar and the download will start, you don’t need the downloader app installed.
