All Satellite Channels gone?

Just checked my signal finder and both sat and cable all of a sudden have signal. I know now no one gets cable channels so I have set the tuner to not configured.
I had to rescan my sat channels and all the channels are clearing again (obviously not the ones that were gone dark ages ago)
No idea what happened these past few days and hope my sat tuner/signal stays up!

Sorry guys! I have a new issue. The SAT is resolved.
I just sent the below to my IPTV provider.
As I am using a Zgemma H2H Wooshbuild Infinity with XE 2.8 for IPTV you may also be able to help. If not I will post in IPTV section?
"I think somehow I managed to mess my blue (favourites, IPTV) on my zgemma H2H.
I was watching Sky Premier League channel and I think I pressed a button on the remote. Now my SMUK folders have disappeared on my blue (favourites, IPTV) list"
