Auto bouquet maker providers issue

Hi all, in autobouquetmaker - using sucmnsee latest sky image - in providers, 'ive selected my area, scanned & restarted the box but it won't change... Any idea? Thanks

Are you sure you select save and not just back or quit?

yes selected 'area custom' I click the green button 'ok' then Select scan & restart. Just stays the same 'stuck on htv west'..

Sometimes it take a bit of time to update, usually needs a box restart or a channel scan, just make sure it says your region when you enter the menu so you know its set, if it keeps going back to HTV West then you've not set it correctly to store your region

Also if you haven't got the hd version in your region it will not work I have to go to the bottom of the list and change channel swap to no this will show sd version first

The HD version is in there. Reflashed the box, never had this issue until this new skin. Saved in ABM, providers & done everything by the book. Same issue.
