I wonder why or how it works when he connects up in his neighbours house ?
Did he send a .cfg file or the line details ?
Something's not right ?

Long time since I had a blade, can't remember the port thing on that
just remember the line was entered manually

Where did you get the line info from ?
If it works at neighbours then can you dump the line details on to a USB drive and send the file ?
I can test it on V5 V8..AMIKO..BLADE...ZGEMMA 2S ?
Or bees can test the dumped file which will be more accurate if it's working than extracting line info ?
 
Line came with the box.

Not sure how I send the cfg file to you Benijofar but bear with me and I'll try to work it out.
 
Reflash a USB drive so it's clean.
Menu-Tools-Dump by USB-Dump the .abs file to drive.
Download to computer and send as a cccam.cfg file
 
Sent him my email addy Bees.
Sitting here watching the Matrix for the tenth time so got bugger all else to do !lol
 
Hi guys don't know if this is any help, but as I understand one or more servers may have been hit by flooding in North of country, hopefully should be back online in a couple of days!!!
 
Just tested the lines(2 of them) on F5/V5/V8 with same results showing Login/Offline.
Tried one line at a time in case of conflict but no difference.
Lines originate from Germany and Holland at a guess and appear to be disconnected at the server end.
Reports today of some sites going down but I've never seen these hosts before so have no idea if they have a problem.c
Needs to contact supplier first to ascertain what the problem is.
Alternative is to get a new test line and go from there.
