Most of these A-I-O (all in one) apps don't make any real difference on fireos as the ram/cpu usage is high on these as standard with the amount of amazon crap (ads, telemetry, needless apps)
The "speed up" app itself will probably use a lot of resources and is itself process running in the background too.
A lot of the time if you check a second later, you will see all the stuff the app was supposed to terminate there again lol
