How do i retune them on a f3 as i have already rescanned and still can't get them,and i have the latest AJ list??

you will have to manually tune them in:
menu => installation => TP List => scroll down till you find the same frequency you have gotten, it will be listed => press ok.
a box will appear "tp search", press ok and a new box will appear, press yes.
it will search that frequency you selected. when search ends press yes and exit out back to your tv channels.
at the very end of your channel list menu your channels will be there

I still cannot get disney hd! rescanned tp list frequency is there but still scrambled, and on select too.
New channel list is on my f5 too,. I have checked all the menus, any ideas anybody? Thanks

Hi Yes thats the frquency i have as above in post one.

But I have a scrambled pic. Epg is there and a good signal.
Am wondering if my firmware may need updating.

You can move it back in if you want through the channel menu, channel edit but when channels start moving like that there usually follows a new list release!, it's up to you.
