Do you need superfast broadband to run zgemma box?

This might be a daft one, do you need to upgrade your sky bb to superfast to run a zgemma with ncamd ?

There is standard sky bb at the minute

Depends what your looking to do.
iptv better internet will do no harm
if it's your sat line, it only sends a tiny amount of data to a server

4mbs is sufficient for use with mgcamd

yeah having a stable connection is more important than a good speed. as stated above 4mb is sufficient in terms of speed.

Standard sky bb wss fast for me but not stable. Cut off loads. New non sky hub helped. Login to your hub check how long it's staying connected for.

Yeah the routers isp's provide are usually pants. I'm on talk talk fibre as of February this year and its fast and stable 95% of the time, the other 5% its spotty as hell.

TT get a bad name but been way better than sky for me! And I'm on an old house but close to the exchange...

If you use a booster and connect ethernet cable into it and box would that secure the connection a bit better ?

Your box needs a stable connection to connect to server continuously so Ethernet is recommended. Have you logged into see how stable it is? You may notice the lights like a UFO sometimes! :)
