Its pure habit that I press OK and then arrow up and used to getting epg, its arrow down on willo, a few other bits as well, its a habit and damm hard to break.
You can enable the option to always show bouquets. You can modify what the buttons do in the button setup menu. It is your box, use it how you want. Lots of things can be customised.
Everyone uses the box differently. I press Up then Green (satellite). I select channels from the satellite list. Only sometimes I use the bouquets. Even the history screen useful.
